A TRADITIONAL Ceilidh, with music, dancing and refreshments, will be taking place in New Hutton next month in a bid to raise money for the village institute.

With the Garsdale Street Band already booked to provide the music, a licensed bar and a pie and peas supper and a selection of deserts in store, all the event needs is a room full of people to enjoy the festivities.

The tickets, which include the supper, cost £8 and the proceeds will go towards the maintenance of the New Hutton Institute.

The event will take place at 7:30pm on March 9 at the Institute.

For more information call David Knowles on 01539-721760.
