Firefighters extinguish van blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to extinguish a van fire in Kendal.
The incident occurred at the United Utilities compound on Parkside Road in Kendal at around 6.30pm on Monday evening.
One fire engine from Kendal attended the incident and put out the blaze using a hose reel.
