THE Leven Valley Support Group for St Mary's Hospice is to host a special audiovisual presentation of The Lakeland Alphabet by Maurice Steele.
The fundraising event will take place at the Whitewater Hotel in Backbarrow, near Newby Bridge, on Sunday, April 6 at 2.30pm, where there will also be a raffle and cake stall. Admission is £4.50 and tickets are available from Sylvia Chadwick on 015395-31685.
